GRAPPOLO INTERNATIONAL d.o.o. owes its success to the expertise and professionalism of its workers and its high quality of service, combined with its close cooperation with manufacturers and its customers to whom the company provides its computer, software, and electrical engineering services.

The Quality Policy of GRAPPOLO INTERNATIONAL d.o.o. rests upon:

  • the fulfillment of the needs and expectations of customers and end users of products delivered by the company,
  • the high quality of its products, their timely delivery, and a competitive price/quality ratio,
  • the expertise and competence of its workers,
  • a growing market share,
  • a distinct company image,
  • strict adherence to rules, regulations, and standards pertaining to the company’s field of business, and conscientious performance of contractual obligations,
  • expansion of product assortment and the company’s services in keeping with the latest global trends,
  • the application, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System,
  • its senior managements’ dedication to and participation in all the processes of the Quality Management System,
  • inclusion of all employees in the Quality Management System,
  • the senior management’s continual reevaluation of the company’s Quality Policy.

The management and the employees of GRAPPOLO INTERNATIONAL d.o.o. will continue to maintain the effective balance between the company’s interests and the interests of its customers by keeping up their dedication to efficient personal performance, while guided by the principles of constant improvement of their work and compliance of the Quality Management System with SRPS ISO 9001-2008 in their steady endeavors to achieve the company’s full objectives.

The achievement of the objectives defined by the Quality Policy is the permanent goal of all the company's employees.
